Founded in 2017, A+A Electrical Contracting was born from the shared passion two electricians, Luke Anderson and Frederick Albrecht demonstrated for the electrical industry. Since then, our team, based in Bright, Ontario, has expanded to include over 20 skilled Technicians.
On the surface, our tenure in the electrical industry may seem relatively brief, but our expertise runs deep. Harnessing a team of licensed electricians boasting extensive experience, we’re able to quickly find solutions and fully understand project needs and timelines.
Backed by a fleet of more than 10 vehicles and a strong focus on project management, we ensure smooth operations and consistently meet deadlines. In emergencies, industrial contractors rely on us for swift resolutions, ensuring a prompt return to production.

Holding both a 309A electrician license and a master electrician license, Luke’s qualifications underscore his commitment to excellence and safety in every project.

Co-Founder, Licensed Electrician
Frederick Albrecht, a co-founder of A+A Electrical Contracting, contributes over 12 years of hands-on experience in the electrical industry. His career began with a strong interest in the trade, motivating him to obtain a 309A electrician license. Additionally, he spent two years teaching at Conestoga College and occasionally fills in to share his expertise. Frederick’s deep understanding and commitment to honest, quality work guarantee that every commercial and industrial project is completed with precision.

Office Manager
With over six years of dedicated service, Scott Kennel serves as our Office Manager. Responsible for handling critical financial and clerical tasks, including accounts receivable and payable, payroll, as well as other administrative duties, Scott plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our company. His extensive experience and unwavering dedication make him a vital asset to our team, contributing to our continued success and growth.

Project Manager
As our Project Manager, Dwayne Streicher brings over 14 years of invaluable experience in the electrical industry. With an additional four years of expertise in Tool and Die, Dwayne demonstrates a unique set of skills, enhancing our team and project management capabilities. Maintaining a 309A electrician license, he demonstrates a thorough understanding of electrical systems and regulations, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality and safety on every project.
